Mountain top hotel at the Golden rock pagoda - Kyaikhtiyo (Burma - Myanmar )

Rooms are all clean, with confortables bed, real hot water (very important in winter), some standard room do not have windows but most have. The rooms are very quiet, facing the East and sunrise. No noise from the outside, pagoda or festival.

Restaurant : Myanmar, Shan, Chinese, slow but correct.

Remarque :
Un excellent petit hôtel que nous utlisons depuis des années car il est très calme et très propre, surtout comparé à l'ancien bâtiment du Kyailhtyio hôtel, tout en bois, bruyant et sale.
Le Kyailhtyio hôtel a récemment construit des bungalows en dur, mais situé proche du sentier principal et dont l'aspect extérieur ne donne pas envie d'y rester.

Pour l'instant (11 septembre 2008), le Mountain Top reste notre choix de prédilection en haut de la montagne du rocher d'or.
