Rooms have been slighlty renovated, it is better but remains quite simple for a such hotel (and compare to other hotels in the same category).
Restaurant : Buffet + restaurant Burmese, Chinese, International.
Localization : On the shore of the Inya lake. Surroundings is superb, very green, very quiet, the place is amazing. It is half way between down town and airport. Need a taxi if you want to go down town, but if you are ready to walk 500 m, there is now quite a lot of nice restaurants, trendy bars near the hotels.

Localization is superb, with a really relaxing surroundings, lake etc... swimming pool and gardens are really great. Rooms are confortable but average for this kind of hotel.
Prices have increased a lot but they remain lower than counterpart, so at the end it is a good choice.
