Restaurant : A French restaurant, an international and Burmese buffet

Localisation : 10 minutes from Shwedagon pagoda, 25 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from down town, on the Kandawgyi lake.

The hotel is very nice from the outside and the lobby. The localisation is perfect near Shwedagon and the Kawdawgyi lake but rooms do needed a fresh painting and renovation.

28 April 2011 -hotel closed for renovation.

The hotel will be closed for renovation in June, July and august 2011

Update 330th June 2011

The renovation seems to be late. The hotel will not be open before the end of August, if everything is fine and the rooms prices will be increased for the coming season even if most of contract with travel agent have been already signed.
