Seller of egg fries at Shipaw. Burmese traditional dish that names itself:
" Mount Linen My Yan ", meaning : the snack of the husband and the wife in
reference of the 2 parts that it is necessary to collect to make the final dish.
You eat the snack with a spicy sauce. It is possible to find it
in all markets in Burma and along the roads. Don't hesitate
to try it, the eggs are in general very well cooked...
