Rooms:
- Standard,: price is very competitive, cleam, totally renovated with wood floor, small balcony on the garden. A very good choice. Not need to take a better room, except may be for the air con (not a split silent type in the standard room).
- Deluxe : brand new room (August 2009), only 4 rooms, but 4 additionnal rooms will be open for October, very nice for the price, split silence air con type.
Sport : bike...
Restaurant : Myanmar, Chinese. The New park hotel is located near many restaurants (almost the only place to go at "night" in Bagan).
Localisation : Nyaung Oo,
very good quarter, close to many restaurants, Shwezigon pagoda (nice to visit at night),
Remarque : It used to be our favourite hotel in this quarter more than 10 years ago, now after nice renovation and upgrade of the rooms, it is still one of our favourite in this quarter of Bagan (probably the best quarter to stay for budget hotel, it is the only place in Bagan with something to do in the evening). Prices are good, rooms very nicely renovated, quarter is very quiet, the hotel is perfectly located near many nice restaurants. A very good place to stay and we really recommend it either in Standard or Deluxe.
