Located at the entrance of Hpa An (from Mawlamyine), the Grand Hill hotel is far from the road (no noise), but the area is not very funny or charming. It looks like a motel, rooms are not big (small to compare to other hotels in Hpa An), feeling is mixed.... nothing special about that hotel.
