Two kind of room :

- Deluxe room : they are located in the 2nd row, not seeing the sea or sunset. Rooms are correct, that's all, they are clean, but small compare to Ngwe Moe or SandalWood (and less modern). Price is quite high for a clean simple room (but you can get advantage of the terracce restaurant near the sea).

- "Suite": the bedroom part is more or less the same than the deluxe room, but you have an additional room at the entrance. You are facing the West, the sea and the sunset. The "suite" rooms are better located, with the garden just in front of them, more far also from the road. A little expensive, but a nice view, quiet.

Restaurant : Myanmar, shan, chinese, very nice terrace, a perfect place in Mawlamyaing for a drink or a diner.

Localisation : close to the new brigde, downtown area

Comments:
The hotel is located near "Shampoo Island", facing the sunset and the sea. The atmosphere is better than Ngwe Moe hotel, mainly because of the garden and the huge terrace above the sea, facing the sunset.
It gives a nice atmophere and it is clearly a very nice place to have a drink or your diner. Deluxe rooms (2nd row) are corrects, but not that much and not better than Ngwe Moe (but more expensive).
The so called "Suite" facing the garden and the sea have a very nice view, they are also bigger with one additional room.
Rooms are corrects, a little expensive (you pay for the localisation and the view), it is also one of the good hotel to stay in Mawlamyaing.
If you are with children and you want one big familly room, it is probably better to take the Sandal wood hotel (but lest charming).
